for 3163LGHB I replaced the burner, it worked well, now not cooling on elec. or gas. T-stat working, any other fix?
Could the cooling unit be bad? and can I replace that? Does the interrupter have anything to do with this?

If it not cooling on any mode at all, make sure you're parked perfectly level. If you are, and the cooling unit is getting hot (verify the LP flame is staying lit), and there is still no cooling at all, then your cooling unit has likely failed. On your model that is not something you can purchase.
