You would need to troubleshoot this but if the AC heater is ohming out properly AND the is connected properly and this code of NO AC still appears, it would be a bad power board and you should replace it.
My Norcold fridge will not start on either AC or LP. Message says no AC and no FL. My circuit board is a 628661.
