I have a norcold n811 serial number 9322846 and am getting green light flashing three times. Is this what I need?

The N611 or N811 flashing 3 times is an AC heater fault, yes. However, there are other things that could cause this as well. It could be that the heaters are not connected properly. It could also be a bad power board if your AC heater is ohming out properly. For this model, the heater ohms should read approximately 48 ohms.
