Will this replace a Main Control Board 1 P.N.638189?
The part number on my Model N7LX 3F is different but it looks exactly the same

The 638189 that you're referring to is just a manufacturing stamp that goes on the Norcold 639593 board. Yes, this is the correct power board for all N7, NA7, N8, NA8, N10, and NA10 model refrigerators and it will have that 638189 physically marked on the board.
