If it's the glass fuse, it's the AC side of things, if it's a bus fuse (normal automotive fuse) then it's on the DC side. You likely have a short to ground. www.thenorcoldguy.com/tech-blog/

Found out it's one of the cooling fans in the back at the top. There are 2 and I disconnected one at a time and isolated it to the one on the left. That's why the system would run for a while but would blow the fuse when it was trying to turn on the cooling fans.
