It goes by Norcold cooling unit serial number, not refrigerator serial number. Scroll up to the product description and you'll see a picture of the tag you should be looking for on the back of the refrigerator. Yes, both Norcold AC Heaters are going to be the same and this is likely the one you need but to verify, please check the number again.
