I have a Norcold MRFT-460 AC/DC Refrigerator/Freezer combo no longer freezing.

My Norcold MRFT-460 suddenly stopped freezing. Initially, the temperature rose to 20 degrees from below zero and now it is at around 40. I have the unit out the RV and I only run it on AC current as I no longer travel. The unit has two fans, one mounted verticically, directly across from the compressor, and the other on the bottom of the unit, next to the compressor. The vertical mounted fan works continuously while the bottom fan never turns on. The compressor seems to be working, a very low and gentle hum, and it is sightly warm. There is no condensation present on the coils and they are neither hot or cold, just the ambient temperature of the surroundings. Any suggestions?
