I was told a N881VF also requires the power board replaced and other changes for the 636388 optical board to work.
I have a NORCOLD refrigerator Model: N881VF in my trailer, the vegetables and eggs sometimes become frozen, even after a RV technician replaced the door, the fan and PCB. I see you answered another person’s question that this optical board will work on this model. However the RV repair technician told me the N881VF refrigerator would also require the power board replaced to match the optical board and other changes might be necessary to make the 636388 optical board to work. Is this true? Also, would installing a 4 inch 12V fan in the refrigerator help with not freezing the food?
