No, this is the current burner/ orifice for that 3163 model. Maybe you're thinking of the high altitude kit which is a burner with an addition slot to allow more oxygen to the LP.
Is there a new and improved burner oriface for the 3163 model that is less likely to clog up?
Have pulled 3163 fridge from Rialta and cleaned up old burner orifice but had heard there's a newer version less likely to clogg up
