Norcold Model N821 Serial

I have a Norcold Model N821 Serial #9851388 that's not working. The LP Flame doesn't come on, it doesn't cool when powered electrically. Since there's not a lot in there that could go wrong I'm concluding it might be the power board or maybe the optical board. Can you suggest a way to check or advise which parts I will need to buy?
