Yes, it contains all of the parts you need. The "2" in the picture is just saying that it comes with two door pins that you will need.
to change the waffle door to a smooth door on a N621, does the door kit contain all the parts for $65.99, or need 2
I didn't understand if the kit contains both upper and lower hinges
