I cannot turn on my NXA641 2 WAY, NO POWER TO THE INSIDE LITE OR THE DISPLAY BOARD.
I had a power outage to my house and barn three weeks ago and cannot restart the fridge. I have replaced the power board on the back. No change to the problem. There is 12.7 volts to the board but the voltage goes down to 1.7v when I attach the wires to the board. Fuse is good.

Where are you getting 1.7V? You need a constant 12v at the board and to the fuse in order for it to turn on. It sounds like you're having DC problem.

There is 12 volts on the wires before I attach them to the board then they turn to 1.7 volts when I plug the DC wires into the board.
