If it's brand new, reach out to Norcold for warranty work. 8005431219. The N611 is not brand new and certainly not a 2018 model, so you have an N7.

You have the N7, yes,and it means that the communication between the controls has been lost. You'll want to check continuity from the blue wire on the power board harness to all other wires. Also, check continuity from blue wire at back refrigerator to blue wire on optical board harness in the front. You either have a short which would require a whole new refrigerator or you have a bad power board (much more likely). Here is the board you would need:
