You will need to schedule the tech support for this. This could be several different things causing the insufficient cooling in the refrigerator section.
I have a norcold n145/150 that does not cool properly but the freezer works great
I noticed I do not have a thermistor like the newer refers It is a solid copper wire . Is there a proper location on the fins for placement and how do I use it to adjust the temp
