No, unfortunately the door seal is moulded into the door itself. If your seals are damaged, you will need to replace the door. New doors do not come with the front door panel so you will have to use your existing door panel on the new door. The black retainer that runs down the side holds the front panel in place and so you should apply some pressure to it with a putty knife.
